• Initiation: Immediately follows the submission of your surrogate application.
• Purpose: Colects detailed information via our surrogate portal to better understand your background.
• Information Collected Includes:
Health and pregnancy history
Criminal and fnancial background checks Insurance details
Medical records review
• If the pre-screening indicates that surrogacy is a suitable path for you, and you feel confident to proceed, youl move to the next phase.
• Conducted By: A licensed mental health professional experienced in evaluating potential surrogates.
• Duration: Approximately 2 hours, optionally divided into two sessions.

Reasons for choosing surrogacy
Detailed pregnancy history
Overview of your family and social relationships
Personal interests and life experiences
ldentifcation of your primary support person
Review of medical records
This session includes an additional separate screening for your primary support person to ensure they are prepared for their role.
• Final Step: Involves completing the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAl), administered and interpreted by a licensed psychologist.
• Duration: Typically 30-45 minutes.
• Purpose: Assesses overall psychological well-being to confurm suitability for surrogacy.
This assessment helps us ensure that potential surrogates are psychologically prepared for the surrogacy journey, considering its complexities and emotional demands.
Following the suceessful completion screening steps and mutual agreement that surrogacy is the right path for you, you will sign the Journay Ackrowedement Form. This official document confirms your readiness to ba matched with Intended perents, making the beginning of an extraordinary joumey.
